Flowers are blooming, air smells so fresh, leaves are green, as nature is busy recreating itself in spring! Spring festival celebrates the start of new life and the season of ploughing and sowing. The colours of spring bring sparkle in children’s eyes. To enjoy this zeal and favour, the branch celebrated a spring festival throughout all classes from pre- nursery to grade 4.

Pet Day
A “Pet Day” was
organized in relation to class II’s science topic ‘Vertebrates’. The purpose was to gain knowledge about animals /
pets through firsthand experience.  Children
were asked to bring their pets. It was a delight to see different types of
birds and fishes. Children took keen interest and got pets like Macaws, talking
Green Parrots, Australian Grey Parrots and even Roosters. Children of Class Is
were also invited to witness the event. Later students were educated on how to take
care of their pets. The activity generated a lot of interest and excitement
among the students.
What Do You Want To Be?
An
exciting morning assembly was organized for students of grade 2 with the theme
related to their core reader ‘What do
you want to be?’  The idea was to
create awareness among the pupils about different professions in our society
and highlight their significance so that children can start identifying their
interests.
